Jay is a good teacher. He’s very fair and he’s not greedy. Someone you can trust.
Jay is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He helped me upgrade from Mojave to Ventura, upgraded my browsers and apps and resolved my browser issues. It was all done remotely so I didn’t need to leave my home. Fantastic! I highly recommend him.

My MacBook Air would not boot. I took it to MacCare and within a few minutes Jay had found that the problem was the hard drive and ordered one from OWC right there. Computer is now working fine.Prices were reasonable and I am happy I found Mac Care.

He has saved my life (or my computer) a number of times and he does it with patience, great tips, and he does it quickly! He also made my slow computer work better than it did when it was new, it is now lightening fast! He is the best!
